Refunds will be paid directly to you by the toll operator (to your bank or toll account). CTF Solutions does not receive funds on your behalf.
You agree to the following payment terms:
- Upon confirmation that your refund has been approved and/or paid by the toll operator, CTF Solutions will charge your nominated card or payment method for 15% of the refunded amount (including GST)
- You authorise us to place a temporary hold or authorisation on your card for the estimated success fee, where technically supported, until the claim outcome is finalised
- If the refund is unsuccessful, no charge will be made
- You must ensure your payment details are valid and accessible for this purpose
Failure to settle the agreed success fee after a successful claim may result in reminders, restricted access to future services, and referral to collection services.
